To what extent does DNS work with Across?

I'm thinking of buying some version of Dragon Naturally Speaking, but it would currently only be of use to me if it works reasonably well with Across*.

So are there any Across users out there who regularly combine it with DNS?

I would appreciate your opinions and advice.
