Sorry to disappoint you. I doubt anyone can do it accurately and completely. Because of the calligraphy used and the fact it is not clear, I would suggest only by physically looking at it a person (and has to be a an excellent and sharp eyed Arabic speaker) can do it.

Check out in your area to find such a person.

Up on the right side of the helmet: "Allah", while "Mohamed" is on the left.
Beneath that on the right side, Surat Annas, a short Surah of the holy Quran:



قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ{1} مَلِكِ النَّاسِ{2} إِلَهِ النَّاسِ{3} مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ{4} الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ{5} مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ{6}




I can't see what's on the opposite side.

The phrase downwards on the front of the helmet from right to left (large font) says:

اللهم قني عذابك يوم تبعث عبادك

O Allah! Save me from Thy Chastisement on the Day Thou will raise up Thy slaves.

I think that, in the upper part, I can also read:

الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم

to be confirmed...
