Can I download the EurLex corpus too?

Recently, I've downloaded both the DGT and Europarl corpora, for concordancing via CafeTran Espresso's Total Recall feature.

Now I see this in Linguee:

Does someone know where I can download the EurLex corpus (for D > NL)?

EUR-Lex is a live database of EU regulations. Do you want to have a database updated every day? You are missing hardware, system and everything needed. Therefore, there is a commercial SW for searching for therminology in the EUR-Lex database.
