All those translators who help out others by answering questions so quickly and thorougly. I am impressed and very grateful.
Last night I was burning the midnight oil on a 5000+ words translation with a lot of construction terms. Was getting a bit desperate because I had lost my edge after 9 hours of non-stop translating. It is such a comfort to be able to rely on the Pros with their expert knowledge. Thank you all and viva KudoZ!

For all the complaints you see here about KudoZ, it remains a most useful aid. It has solved many translation problems for me which I don't know how I could have solved in any other way. Thanks to all those who take the trouble to provide the right answers.

...many times over on Proz, and I have always tried to express my appreciation at the time, but this spontaneous extra "bunch of flowers" is a lovely touch.
From the other side, I must admit that I achieve a high degree of personal satisfaction when I see that I have been able to solve someone else's dilemma, or even just help them on their way, give them a little push towards the solution.

... and thanks to all the askers who keep us on our toes, and ask those challenging questions, that are fun to answer!
But a little thank you as well to those who boldly ask the 'stupid' questions, so that others like me can creep in and look up the answer in the glossary - and certainly thanks to the answerers who answer them anyway, without criticising and making unkind comments.
There is no question so stupid as the ones you don't ask!
In short, thanks ... See more ... and thanks to all the askers who keep us on our toes, and ask those challenging questions, that are fun to answer!
But a little thank you as well to those who boldly ask the 'stupid' questions, so that others like me can creep in and look up the answer in the glossary - and certainly thanks to the answerers who answer them anyway, without criticising and making unkind comments.
