Today, April 13, 2005, we hit a new milestone as a community: One million KudoZ questions asked.

I would like to congratulate all those who have participated in this achievement, by answering or asking, and also the moderators and staff members who have shaped the platform that made it possible. The 1-million figure is a testament to the spirit of collaboration that forms the basis of our workplace and community.
As staff, we intend to hold off on celebrating until the time that one million questions have been *answered* (which barring major changes will be soon). In the time leading up to that, we'll be making changes that will improve the KudoZ experience, and also provide ways to better leverage the knowledge contained in the KudoZ archives. Along the way, we ask for your support and continued engagement in the improvement process. ▲ Collapse

Well, I've done nothing to deserve such a consideration... what if the question would have been "I love you" or one of "these" askers?...
Gilles, Champagne is offered at the given URL of the question... but only in plastic flutes, and I don't know if there is anything left... I had to leave early

I am constantly searching for translation and interpreting sites. I have not been able to find a place like Proz: professional, complete, fun, tremendously helpful. It has been just over a year that I stumbled upon it and there has not been one day that I had not logged in to learn, to consult, to chat. It has been an incredible and enriching experience from an incredible site.

A translator's life can be divided into two parts: before Proz.com and after Proz.com, there is no doubt about that.
