As per title. I think it merits separation from e.g. archicture, construction, civil engineering, energy etc. This has some relevance in the Kudoz system.

I agree, this is a good idea, as IT now covers more than it did 20 or even 10 years ago.

"Tech and Engineering" could be anything from the Great Wall of China to communication satellites.

What if it was split into "Information Technology" and "Engineering"? I mean "technology" in a general sense is really just another word for the fruits of the various engineering fields anyways, so it seems kind of redundant to say "Tech and Engineering."
