Kako se piše faktura?

Nova sam ovde, pa umesto da gnjavim nekoga privatnim porukama, postavljam ovo pitanje na forumu, pa ko je voljan neka mi odgovori.
Naime, zanima me da li se faktura uvek piše i kako ona treba da izgleda? Da li se može pisati iako npr. prevodilac nema registrovanu agenciju?
