Urget Tageditor and colours

TRADOS FREELANCE 6.5 I am supposed to "see" some text (not tags) in tageditor as a different colour. (and not translate it) The file seems originally to be from Framemaker. There is a tag which may perhaps be doing this - crmk, but however I view the text, I do not see it in colour. I was sent a .rtf.ttx file, ie already prepared for tageditor.

Also, I dont know if I am supposed to be able to find a DTD file for Framemaker - all the system shows me is one for HTML
