How can I delete from my TM all the units created on a particular date

Hi,

My main TM is getting big and unmanageable. I would like to delete from it a large number of units I added on the 14/06/2004.

How can I proceed please?

Hello,

open the tm exclusivelly, use the filter settings in the data maintanance function, search for the units and delete them

Hi Hans,

I had tried to use the dialog box Translation Memory Maintenance, to click on Filter and, in the resulting Filter dialog box, to choose "Created on: 14/06/2004", to go back to the TM maintenance box and click on "Begin search", but the results displayed are from other dates than the one I want.

Is there, for instance, a way of importing all the units NOT from the 14/06/2004 into a new TM?

Hello,

you should use the following filter setting:

Created on: {less than}14.6.2004


This will find all untis which was created before 14.6.2004

Maybe you should take a look on the manual.

Maybe it will be a good idea ta make a backup before you start to delete.
