Dear WF Collegues

I hope someone can help me with this trouble in Wordfast Classic.

I have a historical TM that weighs about 20MB and is giving me problems because it does not recognize fuzzy and 100% matches.

I have reorganized the TM several times and also repaired it once but it keeps giving me problems with a big project I am doing (a financial statement in Microsoft Word).

I was planning to make a smaller TM from last year's cleanup files ... See more

I hope someone can help me with this trouble in Wordfast Classic.

I have a historical TM that weighs about 20MB and is giving me problems because it does not recognize fuzzy and 100% matches.

I have reorganized the TM several times and also repaired it once but it keeps giving me problems with a big project I am doing (a financial statement in Microsoft Word).

I was planning to make a smaller TM from last year's cleanup files which is very similar to the current files I have to translate (the project is a financial statement that I receive every year).


But How?

* I'm using the updated WF classic downloaded from Wordfast.com
* My Operating System is Windows 10 Pro
* Microsoft Word 2016

I know that Wfc has a very compact TM format, but even then 20 MB isn't really that large.

I stand corrected. My largest is 68MB. I assumed they were much smaller, being just text files. I'm not sure how the 130,000 units in that file take up so much space tbh. But tech whiz I am not.
