a screw in itself can't have any "jeu"; it's the assembly of the screw with another part that can "avoir du jeu" - be slightly loose - have some play

: Sounds like this may be some kind of drive screw (cf. 'pas de vis'), in which case it can of course have a degree of 'play'

: A 'jeu de vis' might translate to 'a set of screws', but that's not what it is here; and a 'set screw' is something totally different.
