Strange empty pre-translation, with match percentages

Here's a strange thing that just happened to me. This is a checked-out project. The file in MemoQ had no pre-translated translation and no match percentages, so I ran pre-translation, and MemoQ added fuzzy match percentages to most of the segments, but only added actual translation to very few segments. And if I go to an empty segment that is labelled 100% match, the match panel doesn't show that translation (it shows a different translation with a lower match percentage).

And since there is no option in MemoQ to perform pre-translations only with TM matches below a certain threshold (say, 95%), there is no way for me to get the file pre-translated with those lower-percentages matches.
