From a memo on updated rabbit cage regulations. Diagrams of typical rabbit cages are shown with labels showing the different components of the cages. A couple of them have 'obl bars" on them.

Any ideas?

Obl podría ser la abreviatura de "oblique", oblícuo.
Algunas jaulas tienen barrotes oblícuos o en diagonal como refuerzo.
Quizás el dibujo pueda aclararlo.
