أنا السيد / ------ ، دومينيكا الجنسية ، تاريخ الميلاد 26/08/1982 ، جواز سفر رقم (RA005591) وأقيم في دبي- أ.ع.م، أوصي بما يلي لتسوية تركتي بعد وفاتي :
اولاً : اعلان وإلغاء
اكتب وصيتي هذه بمحض ارادتي وانا بكامل قواي العقلية وبذاكرة سليمة ، وفي سن تعدى الثامنة عشرة ، ومن دون أن أتعرض لأي نوع من الإكراه أو التهديد أو التأثير غير المشروع وأن يكون لدي رغبة في الاحتيال أو ارتكاب اي خطاء ، أقر وأعلن أن هذه وصيتي الأخيرة وتشمل كل ممتلكاتي وأموالي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة وألغي بموجبه كل الوصايا والملحقات الإيصائية التي كتبتها من قبل لتسوية تركتي بعد وفاتي ، وبناء عليه اوصي بالتالي:-
ثانياً : تعيين المنفذين والاوصياء
أ. أعين زوجتي / -------- ، ------- الجنسية ، تاريخ الميلاد 17/05/1983 و تحمل جواز سفر رقم (RA005609) ، لتكون المنفذ والوصي على وصيتي ولكنها إذا كانت غير قادرة على ذلك أو راغبة فيه أو اذا ماتت قبل تنفيذ وصيتي فإني اجري التعيين التالي بدلا عن ذلك.
ب. أعين ابنائي/ 1- ....................، ................ الجنسية ، يحمل جواز سفر رقم (.........)، تاريخ الميلاد ................. ، 2- ....................، ................ الجنسية ، يحمل جواز سفر رقم (.........)، تاريخ الميلاد ................. ، منفذان ووصيان بديلين .
ت. أي منفذين أو أوصياء يعملون وفق وصيتي سوف يشار إليهم في هذه الوصية بإسم "أوصيائي" .
ثالثا: أوجه أوصيائي بأداء ديوني القانونية ونفقات جنازتي ونفقات تصفية تركتي.
رابعا : خطاب النوايا
أوجه أوصيائي بتنفيذ أي هبات إيصائية مهما كانت غير رسمية على أن تكون موقعة من طرفي وتحمل تاريخا تاليا لتاريخ هذه الوصية وتفصح بجلاء عن نيتي التي سيكون أوصيائي هم الوحيدين المخول لهم اصدار حكم بشأنها ، وأي هبات ايصائية مشروطة إعدادها بهذه الكيفية ستكون معفاه من الفوائد ونفقات التسليم والضرائب الحكومية ما لم ينص على خلاف ذلك
خامسا : احكام الشريعة الإسلامية
يوجد نص صريح على أن هذه الوصية تاتي متوافقة مع المادة (17) من قانون المعاملات المدنية بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة المنشور بالقانون الاتحادي رقم (5/1987) ، وتعديلاته ، والإجراءات الجوهرية التي تحكم التصرفات الايصائية والتدابير الأخرى التي قد تطبق بعد وفاتي وسوف تخضع لقوانين جمهورية الدومينيكان، وسوف لا تطبق قوانين الشريعة الإسلامية على هذه الوصية بأي حال من الاحوال ، ولا يجب تفسير احكام وصيتي هذه او اخضاعها لأي شيء عدا قوانين جمهورية الدومينيكان بالنسبة لكل تركتي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة.
سادسا : توزيع تركتي
أوجه أوصياي بأن يحولوا بشكل مطلق الباقي من ممتلكاتي ومواردي المالية ، المنقولة وغير المنقولة وكافة الاصول المالية شاملة الودائع الثابتة والمركبات والعقارات والشقق والاراضي وحساباتي لدى البنوك والقطع الفنية والأثرية والحلي والمجوهرات والأثاث والتجهيزات والايجار والسندات والإيداع الآمن والسندات المالية والإسهم والإستثمارات والتركات ورأس المال وفوائد ما بعد الموت ومكافأة المدفوعات والمال الإحتياطي وجميع بواليص التأمين والحصص في أي من الشركات وأي أصول أخرى بدولة الامارات العربية المتحدة لزوجتي / هدى همائي ، دومينيكا الجنسية ، تاريخ الميلاد 17/05/1983 و تحمل جواز سفر رقم (RA005609) ، بنسبة (100%) بشكل كامل .
سابعا : إذا لم تعش زوجتي من بعدي ، ففي هذه الحالة فقط اوجه أوصيائي بأن يحولوا الباقي من تركتي وأموالي لابنائي 1- ............................. ، تاريخ الميلاد ................... 2- ...................، تاريخ الميلاد ....................... ، مناصفة بنسبة (100%) في حالة وفاة أي من اوصيائي قبل الآخر كما هو موضح أعلاه دون ترك أي أمر، يؤول نصيب المتوفي إلى الآخر الحي بشكل مطلق .
ثامنا : (أ) لأوصيائي الصلاحية المطلقة للإحتفاظ بتركتي أو بيعها أو استثمارها أو تخصيصها لغرض بعينه أو تحويل ملكيتها دون بيع أو إدارتها كما لو كانوا يملكونها فعلًا وليسوا أوصياء .
(ب) يجوز لاوصيائي تعيين منفذ واحد منهم أو أكثر ليكون وكيلا أو تعيين محامياً باي صفة أخرى وتخصيص نفس الراتب لذلك الوصي الذي كان يحق له أن يحصل عليه لو لم يكن وصيًا .
أخيرا : أعلن أنا------ مواطن من جمهورية الدومينيكان كتبت هذه الوصية بتاريخ 20/12/2022 خلال إقامتي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة.

To be used within the United Arab Emirates only
I am Mr. Abbas Asadi, a Dominican national, date of birth 08/26/1982 and holds passport number (RA005591), residing in the city of Dubai - United Arab Emirates, do hereby direct the following for the disposition of my Estate after my death:
First: Declaration and Revocation
Being of sound mind, not acting under duress or undue influence, and at age older than eighteen (18), having no intention to defraud or commit any mistakes, do hereby make, publish, and declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament, which includes all my property and money within the United Arab Emirates, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and codicils heretofore made by me, and accordingly I direct the following:
Second: Appointment of Executors and Trustees
(A) I nominate and appoint my wife / ------------, a __________ national, date of birth 05/17/1983, passport No. (RA005609), to be the executor and trustee for my Will, but if she fails or ceases to serve, or pre-deceased me before executing my Will, then I nominate and appoint the following:
(B) my sons/ 1. __________________________, a_____________ national, passport No. (__________), date of birth____________, 2. _____________________, a ________________national, passport No. (_____________), date of birth ____________, as an alternate executors and trustees.
C. Any of the executors or trustees who are acting in accordance with my Will shall be referred to in this Will as “My Trustees”
Third: I direct my Trustees to pay my debts, the costs of my funeral, and the expenses of settlement and liquidation of my Estate.
Fourth: Letter of intention
I direct my trustees to execute any unofficial testamentary dispositions, provided that they are signed by me and bear a date following the date of this Will, and clearly reveal my intention which my trustees will be the only ones authorized to judge. Any testamentary dispositions to be prepared in this way will be exempt from legal interests and delivery expenses and taxes unless otherwise specified.
Fifth: The provisions of the Islamic law
There is a provision stipulates that this Will shall be compatible with Article (17) of the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates promulgated by Federal Law No. (5/1987), and its amendments, as well as the essential procedures governing the testamentary dispositions and other measures that may be applied after my death. This Will shall be subject to the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the laws of the Islamic law shall not be applied to this Will in any manner. The provisions of this Will shall not be construed or subject to any statutory other than the laws of the Dominican Republic in respect of all my Estate in the United Arab Emirates.
Sixth: Distribution of Property
I direct my executors and trustees to transfer (100%) of my estate; both movable or immovable, and all my financial assets including fixed deposits, vehicles, real estate, apartments, lands, my accounts with banks, art pieces, and antiquities, jewelry, furniture, equipment and fixtures, rents, bonds, safe deposits, financial bonds, shares, investments, bequests, Capital and post-deceased interests, Rewards, reserves, all insurance policies, shares in any of the companies, and any other assets within the United Arab Emirates, exclusively to my wife / Huda Hamaei, a Dominican national, date of birth 05/17/1983 and holds a passport No. (RA005609).
Seventh: If my wife does not survive me, then only, in this case, I direct my trustees to distribute the remainder of my Estate and my money in equal shares between my sons. namely: 1-___________________________, date of birth _______________. 2- _______________________, date of birth. _____________.
Under this Will, if any of my trustees pre-deceased the other as described above without making a Will (intestate), the whole share of the deceased trustee shall be transferred to the other surviving trustee.
Eighth: (a) My trustees shall have and may exercise the absolute power to retain my Estate, sell it, invest it, allocate it for a specific purpose, or transfer its ownership without selling, or administering it and to act in this regard if they are the real owners and not only trustees.
(b) My trustees may appoint one or more among them to be agent or Lawyer in any other capacity and allocate to that executor the same compensation as he would have been entitled to if he is not an executor.
Finally: I, the undersigned, ------------, do hereby declare that I am a citizen of the Dominican Republic and I executed this Will on 20/12/2022 during my residence in the United Arab Emirates.

Source text - English 5. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION
Acrylamide (ACR) is one of the most important contaminant in the environment that induces a broad range of physiological, biochemical, and behavioral dysfunctions. The co-polymers and polymers of ACR have a wide range of applications, it is used as flocculants for purification of drinking and waste water, in paper manufactures, thickeners for agricultural sprays, gel chromatography and electrophoresis, glues and as soil stabilizers, in addition it is used worldwide to synthesize polyacrylamide. It is known to induce oxidative stress by generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as depleting the cellular antioxidant defense system of cells. Some of the toxic effects of acrylamide exposure are renal dysfunction, hepatic damage, central nervous system injury, and anemia.
Compounds with antioxidant properties contribute to the protection of cells and tissues against deleterious effects of reactive oxygen species and other free radicals. L-carnitine (LC) is a small quaternary amine highly polar, water-soluble and it has been reported to be a powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of L-carnitine on the toxicity of acrylamide in adult male rats.
Forty male Wistar albino rats were divided randomly into 4 equal groups (10 rats each) as follows:
Group I (control group): rats fed on the standard diet, tap water and served as controls for 28 days.
Group II (acrylamide group): rats fed on the standard diet, tap water and were treated with a dose of acrylamide (50 mg/kg) orally through gastric tube daily for 28 days.
Group III (L-carnitine group): rats fed on the standard diet, tap water and were treated with a dose of L-carnitine (150 mg/kg) orally through gastric tube daily for 28 days.
Group IV (acrylamide + L-carnitine group): rats fed on the standard diet, tap water and were treated with a combined dose of acrylamide (50 mg/kg) and l-carnitine (150 mg/kg) orally through gastric tube daily for 28 days.
At the end of the experiment, rats were weighted and sacrificed, then liver and kidney weight were determined. Also, haematological, physiological and biochemical were assessed in the serum. Liver and kidney prepared for histological examination.
Changes in the size of body, kidney and liver:
The obtained results showed a significant decrease in the final body weight after oral administration of acrylamide which may be due to protein degradation. It was clear that the relative liver and kidney weights were significantly increased in acrylamide-treated group. L-carnitine supplementation induced a partial improvement in the disturbance of body weight.

تعد مادة الأكريلاميد (ACR) واحدة من أهم الملوثات البيئية التى تتسبب في مجموعة كبيرة من الاختلالات الفسيولوجية والكيميائية الحيوية والسلوكية.
تُستخدم البوليمرات المشتركة وبوليميرات الأكريلاميد فى عدة مجالات. فهي تُستخدم كمادة تساعد على ترسب الجزيئات كما يحدث فى تنقية مياه الشرب ومياه الصرف الصحي، وفى صناعة الورق، وكمادة مكثفة فى المرشات الزراعية، وفى فصل المواد الهلامية بطريقة التفريق اللونى (الكروماتوجرافيا) أو بطريقة الاستشراد الكهربائي، وفى صناعة المواد اللاصقة، وفى أغراض شق الطرق الجديدة ورصفها، إلى جانب استخدامها في جميع أنحاء العالم لصناعة مادة البولي أكريلاميد.
فهى معروفة بتحفيز الإجهاد التأكسدى للخلية عن طريق توليد مجموعة مختلفة من أنواع الأكسجين التفاعلي (ROS)، فضلاً عن خفض قدرة النظام الخلوى على مقاومة أكسدة خلايا الجسم.
يوجد بعض الآثار السامة الناتجة من التعرض لمادة الأكريلاميد مثل الفشل الكلوي وتلف الكبد، وإصابة الجهاز العصبي المركزي، وفقر الدم.
تساهم المركبات ذات الخصائص المضادة للأكسدة فى حماية الخلايا وأنسجة الجسم من الأثار الضارة لأنواع الأكسجين التفاعلية والشوارد الحرة الأخرى.
كضلك وُجد أن مادة الكارنتين، وهي حمض أميني رباعى ذو جزيئات عالية القطبية قابل للذوبان فى الماء أنه أحد مضادات الأكسدة القوية ومزيل للشوارد الحرة.
وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثار مادةالكارنتين على سمية مادة الأكريلاميد فى ذكور الجرذان البالغة.
تم توزيع عدد 40 فأراً من فئران التجارب (من نوع ويستر ألبينو) بشكل عشوائي على أربع مجموعات اشتملت كل منها على 10 فئران.
المجموعة1( المجموعة الحاكمة): تتغذي الفئران على نظام غذائي محدد وتشرب من ماء الصنبور، وهي مجموعة الغرض منها مقارنة النتائج عن 28 يوم.
المجموعة2 (مجموعة الأكريلاميد): تتغذى الفئران فى هذه المجموعة على نظام غذائي محدد وتشرب ماء الصنبور العادي مع اعطائها جرعة من الاكريلاميد(50جم/كجم) من خلال الفم بأنبوب موصل بالمعدة وذلك يوميا لمدة 28 يوم متواصلة.
المجموعة3 (مجموعة الكارنتين): تتغذى الفئران فى هذه المجموعة على نظام غذائي محدد وتشرب ماء الصنبور العادي مع اعطائها جرعة من الكارنتين (150جم/كجم) من خلال الفم بأنبوب موصل بالمعدة وذلك يوميا لمدة 28 يوم متواصلة.
المجموعة 4 (مجموعة الأكريلاميد+ الكارنتين): تتغذى الفئران فى هذه المجموعة على نظام غذائي محدد وتشرب ماء الصنبور العادي مع اعطائها جرعة مزدوجة من الاكريلاميد(50جم/كجم) + الكارنتين (150جم/كجم) من خلال الفم بأنبوب موصل بالمعدة وذلك يوميا لمدة 28 يوم متواصلة.
وفى نهاية التجربة تم وزن الفئران ثم تشريحها، ثم تحديد وزن الكبد والكلى، كما أُخذت عينة من الدم لفحص أمراض الدم ووظائف أعضاء الجسم والوظائف الكيميائية الحيوية، ثم تحضير الكبد والكلى للفحص النسيجي.
تغييرات فى حجم كل من الجسم والكلى والكبد:
أظهرت النتائج انخفاض ملحوظ فى وزن الجسم النهائي بعد تناول جرعة الأكريلاميد والذي قد يعود إلى تحلل أو انهيار البروتين. كما بات واضحاً زيادة ملحوظة فى الوزن النسبي للكبد والكلي لدى المجموعة التى عولجت بمادة الأكريلاميد. كما أدى العلاج بمادة الكارنتين إلى تحسن جزئي فى الإضطراب الحادث فى وزن الجسم.
