Trained under mindfulness meditation for years, conducted mindfulness
courses in dealing with work related stresses. Helped refugees from Burma and coordinated
with UNHCR in rescuing human trafficking victims. Assisted thousands of IDP
during civil war, in Shan State, Myanmar. Being not only a social advocacy
person, but also participated political, conferences, dialogues and Union Peace
Conferences. 

I have been working as freelancer since 2010 that I have experiences in various backgrounds as well as in translation and interpretation. For example, I translated and authored for special report of United Nationalities Federal Council (UNFC), alliance ethnic political organization in Myanmar politics, on their federal studies tour in Switzerland and Norway. I have also translated 3 English books and many articles in both Burmese and Shan.
