Well, for this website, add subtitling service to your profile and if there are any, they will appear when you browse jobs.
And question for the others ( I can't open topics, so I'm writing here instead)
Have you ever been asked to make subtitling sample of 1 minute and to record your process of subtitling?

As a former professional subtitler, I may have a thing or two to say.
There are different tiers of subtitling agencies based on the rates they offer. I graded them from tier 1 to 5, with 1 being the best to work with. Tier 1 and 2 agencies are few and far between. Most of what you see on ProZ fall under tier 4 and 5.

I made most of my profit from corporate video content. OTOH, they're more difficult to deal with than feature films and TV series.
Many generic agencies are confusing spotting/time-coding with transcription. No, they're not the same service.
You can get more than $3 per runtime-minute, even when the client provided you a master template to translate.
Try to avoid agencies that prohibit you from modifying the timing. You'd be barred from using various subtitling techniques that would help you… a lot.

And also on this website go to Jobs&Directories->Translations companies and put your language and in the field "services" type subtitling and hit search.
Now you contact those companies from the search results, send your CV and see what will happen.
And like Novian have said, don't expect too much from job posts on ProZ.
