6. Sales Rights

6.1 Unless prior written consent has been obtained from X, Goods may not be manufactured on behalf of or sold to any other party than X, if;

- the Equipment used for manufacture of the Goods is owned or financed by X;

- X holds intellectual or industrial property rights in the Goods;

- signs or labels containing X trademarks are attached to the Goods or to their packing;

- X holds a license to manufacture or ***let manufacture*** the Goods; or

- X has contributed to the final design of the Goods, e.g. through own technical development and/ or know-how or by, wholly or partly, paying for or otherwise providing the Supplier with technical development and/or know-how.
