УЧАСТНИКОВ would be plural. I am sorry I am not aware of a wider context here. I thought the question regarded the joint general meeting, which in scientific circles (and others) goes by the name of plenary meeting. One person meeting him/herself is an oxymoron. Plenary would make it even more moronic. Anyway, I hope proZ folks will benefit from the "plenary" answer. If not, I will remove it.

To: MacroJanus So (as it's clear from a wider context - put on the table by the ASKER in a series of questions relevant to the subj), do you really suggest that the ONE and ONLY individual (who has established TWO LLCs (in the Russian Federation) and for whatever reason has RESOLVED to merge them into ONE being the SOLE member of these LLC's and holding 100% shares of both) has to hold a plenary general meeting which is to be attended by NOBODY BUT HIMSELF?

It's just a piece of a 'legalese bla-bla-bla' required by the (most attending to the needs of grass-root entrepreneurs) RF legislators (IMHO).

In spite of the overwhelming vote for "joint general meeting," "plenary" is very often used in this context.

Thank you for support, Lilian! However, the context speaks about a joint meeting of all members of TWO LLCs. Though from other questions on the subj it's clear that this is just ONE guy in all capacities. :-)

neutral Oleg Lozinskiy : In all and any examples referenced by you they speak of MANY people GATHERING at ONE venue. But (there's always a BUT...) what to do if the number of 'individuals' boils down to just ONE (in ALL capaciities)?||This is the case in this context.
