This is a sentence from a Spanish Deed of Purchase regarding a plot of land. The following is the sentence with the phrase is in it:
"RUSTICA.- Tierra de secano al partido de la Zorrera con una extensión de noventa áreas y cinquenta y cinco centiáreas, que linda:..."
My attempt:
"RURAL.- Non-irrigated land in la Zorrera with an area of ninety ares and fifty-five centiares, which borders:..."
I'm not sure about the "al partido de" though...
Any ideas?

Usurped -- ahem -- from the Nuevo Diccionario Politecnico de las Lenguas espanola e ingles by Federico Belgbeder Atienza -- his scholarship is dated but still worth the investment. Years ago his 2 volumes sold for $800 but you can find them online for less than half of that-- this is a philologist who has made a prodigious effort at cataloguing technical terms -- be they in engineering, law, economics, what have you. I'm a big fan, needless to say....
