The phrase “acquisisce agli atti sociali” is a bit elliptic; the more so if you consider that you didn’t mention the objet, i.e. “la delega”. I would strongly suggest you introducing it in your request for clarification.
Anyway, I would put the whole sentence “La società acquisisce la delega agli atti sociali” as “The Company acquires access rights to the Company’s records through a power of attorney”. I know, it’s a long winded sentence but there’s no doubt about the precise meaning of the original. To avoid repeating Company twice you can mention its name.
