Estoy buscando una traducción al inglés para "diligencia de información de derechos al detenido". Se trata de un documento en el que se informa a los detenidos sobre los derechos que poseen (no declarar si no lo desean, no confesarse culpable, etc.)

: Yes, I think this refers to the procedure of informing an arestee/detainee of his rights. I believe the actual form that a police officer files after doing so is called "Acta de información de derechos al detenido."
