Cela revient à ça en pratique : soit on détermine qu'il n'y a pas réellement conflit d'intérêts, soit on supprime le conflit (par ex. en confiant la responsabvilité décisionnelle à quelqu'un d'autre).

: ignorer un conflit pcq non significatif ou pour qlque autre raison n'est pas nécessairement le "résoudre. Par ailleurs, ce n'est pas le Promoteur "ou" les autres parties, mais bien "ET"; il ne peut donc y avoir délégation de pouvoir.
