Not 5 confidence because (i) it isn't clear from the context whether "essa" (it) is the "previsione normativa" or the "anagrafe", but perhaps it makes little difference and (ii) the text seems to contain errors "la prestazione di cui trattasi ricadono" dovrebb'essere "ricade" oppure "le prestazioni". Poi sarebbe utile sapere il tipo di prestazione, solitamente un servizio, ma anche un pagamento.

Anyway said all that it is standard bureaucratic lingo. "da essa richiamata" -> "it makes reference to". You read the law and it makes reference to other laws, so you read those and they make reference to other laws, and in the end you either shoot the judge, the lawyer or yourself.

In proposito, si commenta comunque che la prestazione di cui trattasi ricadono nella previsione normativa di cui all\' anagrafe delle prestazioni di cui all\' art 53 del D. Lgs. 165/2001 ed alla disciplina da essa richiamata, con conseguente [illegible] questa ASL dell\' apposito prospetto informativo di compilare a cura della S.V.
