I would suggest this, because in Peru this is what "antecedentes penales" means.

The term "criminal records" means different things in different countries. In the United States, it includes not just convictions but also arrests and charges:

In the United Kingdom, there are different levels of disclosure for different purposes:

In Peru, however, "antecedentes penales" means criminal convictions:

That is what this is. There is also a different document for "Antecedentes judiciales", which means records of having been in the prison system. You can in principle have "antecedentes judiciales" without having antecedentes penales, because you could have been in the prison system without being convicted: you could have been remanded in custody and then acquitted:

Therefore "no criminal record" could be misleading, because it could well be understood as certifying that the person has never been arrested for or charged with an offence, but the Peruvian Certificado de Antecedentes Penales does not certify that; it simply states whether the person has any convictions on his/her record. So I think it would be better to specify.
