appropriations and disappropriations

Note afectación > entry 1. appropriation vs. *afección* as pledging, mortgaging, encumbering, both West. E+W: a charge of land or goods.

desafectación > entry 1 again. release; reversal, West. Disappropriations may look odd, whilst entailments and disentailments - as archaic English land law terms - look even odder and might not work for individual lots or plots, but someone else may care to take the baton and run with it.
Example sentence:

Entailment, as defined by Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, refers to the restriction of property by limiting the inheritance to the owner's lineal descendants or to a particular class thereof.
