Just to propose another alternative - as there is no direct translation of 'urząd', and therefore no clear difference in English between the translation of 'organ' (in this particular context) and 'urząd', and being a fan of economy with words, I would suggest translating both as one term.

That being said, the other proposed translations are also most correct!

These are the organs included in the Council of Ministers. The prime ministries include: the Council of Ministers and the organs that make up it. Currently, the view prevails that the division into organs and central offices is not justified, because they are not constitutional.

The Constitution provides for a tripartite separation of powers: the Legislature, the Executive and the Judiciary. The Government is the organ of State exercising the executive power of government, the two houses of parliament comprising the Oireachtas (of which the President is the titular head, in addition to his or her constitutional status as Head of State) exercise the legislative power of government, and the courts established by Article 34 of the Constitution exercise the judicial power of government.
