Funding of XXX’s claim

Since XXX instructed us in June 2021, we have been acting under a Conditional Fee Agreement. As XXX is now deemed to lack capacity, we must enter into a new Conditional Fee Agreement in your name. This new Conditional Fee Agreement will override the previous Conditional Fee Agreement and work retrospectively.
