Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) inpatient treatment plan

This is from a report about a patient hospitalized with multiple medical problems (see below for some of the context from a previous question).

At the Plan de Seguimiento, we have: Pendiente ingreso a salón, suspender ampicilina, VMNI, *agudos 2*

In previous KudoZ questions, "agudos" has been translated as "acute care." Am I correct in thinking that this means the patient is going to an acute care unit? (Acute Care 2?) We have lots of online examples of Unidad de Agudos. One online description says: " Es la Unidad de hospitalización de corta estancia destinada a atender a personas que presentan una situación de crisis ... y que por su gravedad y riesgo requieren de una contención e intervenciones intensivas. "

Is my guess correct, or could this mean something else here?

Context from earlier question: This is from a report on a patient with respiratory problems, urinary tract infection uncontrolled by antibiotics, possible Covid infection, acute kidney infection, congestive heart failure, SLE ... the presenting problem was listed as "dyspnea".
