Law (general)
In questo contesto (memoria legale):
"Further, and even though it is not an answer to the question of whether the Defendants have already breached XXX’s privacy rights, it is telling that the Defendants have not, at any time, made any attempt to protect what would be obviously irrelevant private information that was contained within the Recordings/Transcripts (e.g. XXX’s medical information), even **taking their case at its very highest.**"

Schuback contacted the Oregon Department of Justice to make sure they were
interested in taking the case at the higher appellate level.

“The SIC has taken the case at the highest level and there is no such pressure from any group or individual. The only pressure right now SIC is facing is to arrest the accused,” he added.

3. Counsel for the respondents on the other hand contends that taking the case at the highest that the respondents received a fax message in November, 1995 and the same is deemed to be a notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act would render the complaint time-barred. The second notice according to learned Counsel cannot be given the effect of extending limitation.

Ti torna?
