Law (general)
In the practice of the Supreme Court of xxx, the concept of “good morals” is evaluative; when the question of the application of good morals arises, the court must apply the moral standards recognized during the hearing of the case, and be guided by the objective criterion of reasonableness. Justice is the foundation of society. It must also be the basis for the actions of the participants in civil legal relations, and thus for the transactions they enter into. The criterion of justice is moral norms, the purpose of which is to ensure the reconciliation of the interests of all members of the society, to protect the interests of economically and physically weaker members of the society, and to prevent the abuse of law; therefore, when assessing the concluded transactions, it is necessary to be guided not only by the rules of the law, but also by the norms of good morality, the criterion of which is the minimal perception of good, evil, justice, duty, and decency by the cultured, just and correct human being.
