oddalić
In Polish legal language, there is a fundamental difference between "odrzucić" and "oddalić" and these two notions should never be mixed up. "Odrzucić/odrzucenie" means that a claim/application is inadmissible on formal grounds (e.g. a claim for payment is filed by a person who is not a party of the contract, or the matter is outside the jurisdiction of Polish courts, the matter of a dispute is not governed by civil law etc.). "Oddalić/oddalenie" means that the court has found the claim formally admissible has reviewed the case, and found the claim unfounded (e.g. a claim for payment which was filed when the payment was due) or the evidence insufficient to prove the facts on which the claim relied etc. Therefore, the only correct translation that reflects this division in Polish is "niniejszym wniosek oddala".
