Academic Transcript
I'm translating a Peruvian college transcript, and I'm trying to figure out what heading to use for the column labeled ACTA. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I know the term can often mean certificate or transcript when it described the document as a whole, but here, it is the heading above what appear to be unique codes for each class. Is this a unique identifier the school uses to verify the individual student's grade in the class? I'm not sure that anglophone academia has such a term... Thanks in advance!

My take on it
Note from asker:
Thank you very much. I agree, and after researching more, I determined that it is, in fact, a unique code assigned to this individual student's grade in that particular class. I ended up going with Grade Registry Number, but in the end there is no equivalent at Anglophone universities, so it's somewhat arbitrary. |
