English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Sub-clause 9. (2) sets forth that: "The value of all authorized variation shall be ascertained by reference to the rates and prices (if any), specified in this Subcontract for the like or analogous work, but if there are no such rates and prices, or if they are not applicable, then such value shall be such as is fair and reasonable in all the circumstances”. Since the costing for the glass panels in the Bill of Materials is not applicable to the single glass panel option which has been specifically requested by the Client, the cost of this variation will be as set forth in our correspondence to your attention dated 2. April 2014 and as further set forth in the attached invoice.
