This is in the last line of contract. Normally there is always only "SIGNATURE" but this contract has also the "clarification" here. Does it have some special meaning? I have never seen it.

Clarification of signature znamená, že je třeba vedle podpisu uvést jméno čitelně (většinou hůlkovými písmeny). Mnoho podpisů totiž nejde rozpoznat.
