English to Czech Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

All wages, salaries, vacation, mandatory, statutory severance or other mandatory, statutory termination pay and other compensation paid to such Personnel, including all items payable in respect to the payroll (e.g., administration fees, 401(k) employer match, incentive compensation, unemployment insurance, social security, worker's compensation or disability benefits, life insurance, medical, dental and vision plans now in existence or hereafter imposed or included in any collective bargaining agreements with respect to such Personnel, any applicable employer employment related taxes or withholdings, and all other benefits payable to such Personnel) (“Employment Costs”) shall be reimbursed to Vendor by () through the use of an electronic funds transfer or equivalent.
