Pracovní smlouva, investice do akcií:

Mr. XYZ agrees to accumulate and maintain that number of the Company's shares which is calculated by dividing 1/4 of his compensation in excess of the Annual Threshold Amount for each of those three fiscal years less income tax on such excess (with income tax being at a deemed 50 % tax rate) by the average daily closing trading price on the New York Stock Exchange for the Company's shares over each such year.
