Article 13 – Earlier Termination
13.1 (Termination by written notice). Pursuant to Articles 1453, 1454 of the zy Civil Code, each Party may terminate this Agreement if the other Party is in violation or breach of contract and such violation or breach of contract can be remedied and is not remedied by the non-performing Party within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a notice requesting contractual performance.
Such term may be shortened according to Article 1454, par. 2, of the zy Civil Code if, according to circumstances, a shorter term for exact contractual performance appears to be fair and adequate.
Said notice shall be given in writing by courier, registered mail with return receipt or other means of transmission that can afford a proof of receipt by the receiving Party.
