cela concerne les asperges, qui sont plantées sous forme de griffes, et dont on récolte les pointes en les coupant sous terre. Elles repoussent ensuite. Un maraicher qui récolte ses asperges fait évidemment un "commercial cutting" : il les vend - on ne parle pas du jardinage - hobby.

L'application des produits tend à s'éloigner de plus en plus AVANT la récolte, pour limiter les quantités de pesticides pouvant rester dans les aliments, donc après la récolte pour la saison suivante ça semble cohérent
Le rédacteur aurait-il une raison de ne pas utiliser "harvesting" par exemple?
