It would help to see the whole of the sentence. But I think it means a beverage out of a container as opposed to a beverage freshly made for example. The term container is quite vague and does not indicate what type of container it is (bottle, carton etc.) so "conditionnée" also indicates that a container is used ("un conditionnement")but without detailing the type.
