This term appears on an antenatal card, in a table with columns headed: Date, Antenatal information, Type and place of delivery, Baby L/S weight, Postnatal information, and feeding. I think L/S means lecithin/sphingomyelin ratio. But do the French use the same abbreviation for lécithine, sphingomyeline? I can't find anything about it on google about it.
