Altogether, should our clients fail to prove to us that they have despatched the above goods to

The surrendering to us by our clients of copies of both the invoice and the transport document issued in this connection will be regarded as evidence for their having fulfilled their aforesaid obligations in time. As transport document will be regarded: FCR/ FCT / Duplicate of international railway consignment note / CMR / Bill of Lading / Airway Bill (The issuance date of the respective transport document will be considered as date of despatch)
