Again, this is in my management contract for a convention/congress centre, in a list of activities that the manager is authorised to do: "...engage in such advertising, solicitation and promotional activities as the manager deems necessary to develop the potential of the Facility ... (including selling advertising inventory and securing product rights for the Facility).
