Account Management Team (AMT) manages the implementation launch and on-going program needs of clients. Throughout the implementation lifecycle a single Account Manager will be your primary point of contact and will act as your liaison to the XXX team on a day to day basis. You will also be assigned a back-up Account Manager who will cover your program needs at times when your primary contact is out of the office. The Director of Account Management will also be available to you, providing support to your Account Manager, strategic guidance, and direction as well as addressing any escalations that may occur.
