I'm not so good at direct translations, but I think I can help a bit, translating indirectly into English:
timbal = "kettledrum"; in this case, a pudding
moluscos = seafood, shellfish, octopus, etc.
romescu = a kind of sauce (see beneath), and also a sort of red pepper; in this context, a sauce made of algae and other ingredients
vinagreta = salad dressing (often made up of oil and vinegar with mustard and garlic)
marinera = marinade
