Source text - English INTERNATIONAL SOLE DISTRIBUTORSHIP CONTRACT
Article 1
Territory and Products
1.1 The Supplier grants and the Distributor accepts the exclusive rights to market and sell the products listed in Annex I, § (hereinafter called “the Products”) in the territory defined in Annex I, § (hereinafter called “the Territory”).
1.2 If the Supplier decides to market any other products in the Territory, it shall so inform the Distributor in order to discuss the possibility of including such other products within the Products defined under Article 1.1. However, the above obligation to inform the Distributor does not apply if, in consideration of the characteristics of the new products and the specialization of the Distributor (e.g. products of a completely different range).
Article 2
Good faith and fair dealing
2.1 In carrying out their obligations under this contract the parties will act in accordance with good faith and fair dealing.
2.2 The provisions of this contract, as well as any statements made by the parties in connection with this distributorship relationship, shall be interpreted in good faith.
Article 3
Distributor's functions
3.1 The Distributor sells in its own name and for its own account, the Products supplied by the Supplier.
3.2 The Distributor agrees to use its best efforts to promote the sale of the Products in the Territory in accordance with the supplier's policy and shall protect the Supplier's interests with the diligence of a responsible businessman.
3.3 The Distributor is not entitled to act in the name or on behalf of the Supplier, unless previously and specifically authorized to do so by the latter.
3.4 The Distributor may, in cases in which it does not want to buy and resell, refer such business to the Supplier for a direct sale to the customer. For such activity as intermediary the Distributor will receive a commission as set out in Annex II, § 3. It is expressly agreed that such activity as intermediary, to the extent it remains of an accessory character, does not modify the legal status of the Distributor as a trader acting in its own name and for its own account.

Clausulas
Primera. Territorio y Productos.
1.1 El Proveedor garantiza y el Distribuidor acepta el derecho exclusivo de comercializar y vender los productos listados en el Anexo I, apartado 1 (en lo sucesivo “los Productos”) en el territorio definido en el Anexo I, apartado 2 (en lo sucesivo “el Territorio”).
1.2 No obstante, sí el Proveedor decide lanzar cualquier otro producto en el Territorio, debe informar así al Distribuidor para tratar la posibilidad de incluir estos otros productos entre los Productos definidos en el Artículo 1.1. Sin embargo, la obligación mencionada arriba de informar al Distribuidor no se aplicara si, considerando las características de dichos productos y la especialidad del Distribuidor, no se espera que esos productos puedan ser comercializados por el Distribuidor, por ejemplo: productos de un rango diferente.
Segunda. Buena fe y buenas prácticas.
2.1 Las partes actuarán de buena fe y haciendo uso de las buenas prácticas para cumplir las obligaciones mencionadas en este contrato.
2.2 Las condiciones de este contrato, así como cualquier manifestación hecha por las partes que tenga que ver con la relación comercial de distribución, debe ser interpretado de buena fe.
Tercera. Funciones del Distribuidor.
3.1 El Distribuidor venderá en su nombre y por cuenta propia los Productos suministrados por el Proveedor.
3.2 El Distribuidor acepta utilizar todos sus recursos para vender los Productos dentro del Territorio, de acuerdo con la política del Proveedor, y proteger los intereses del Proveedor con la diligencia de una persona de negocios responsable.
3.3 El Distribuidor no está autorizado a actuar en nombre del Proveedor, a no ser que este último lo permita previamente.
3.4 Asimismo, el Distribuidor puede, en aquellos casos en los que no quiera comprar y revender, dirigir esas operaciones al Proveedor para que sea él mismo quien venda directamente al consumidor. Para esta actividad como intermediario, el Distribuidor recibirá una comisión, establecida así en el Anexo II, apartado 3. Se acuerda expresamente que esta actividad de intermediación, que tendrá un carácter puntual, no modifica la situación legal de Distribuidor actuando en su nombre y por cuenta propia.

Source text - English INSTALATION
1. Set the Frequency button on 1 hour and the Run time button on off. Open the battery compartment with a screwdriver and insert 2pcs new AA alkaline batteries. Then replace the cover and tighten it with a screwdriver. The light fleshes in red and green then goes out. Then the system starts up. (The sphere which allows the passage of the water made a whole turn and starts again in closed position).
2. Hold the unit steady. Screw the collar onto the faucet/tap until it is tight, then tighten the locking collar. Turn on the faucet/tap. Do not use a wrench or pliers.
3. Turn the knob and set up the run time.
4. Turn the frequency knob on RESET position. After the red light flash, set On the Frequency. The timer starts immediately.
5. If you do not see the flash of red light when you position the Frequency button on reset. Check the battery and make sure they are installed correctly.
6. Record your set up date and time, Frequency Time and Run Time in your note book for future reference.
7. At any time you can use the manual ON/OFF function (with Run time Knob). When you turn the knob to ON, valve will open 30 min. Then, turn it off automatically. Or you can turn it to be OFF position manually. But remember, when finished, the Run time must be turned back to original set up time.
FOR EXAMPLE:
• Every morning at 6:00 and afternoon at 6:00 for watering 10 minutes:
The first day at 6:00 AM or 6:00 PM, turn the Frequency button to 12 and the Run time button to 10. After 12 hours, so the watering will immediately start for 10 minutes. Later, it will automatically be OFF. Every day at the same time at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Your ground can have water for 10 minutes.
• Every morning at 7:00 for watering 20 minutes:

TIME DELAY FEATURE
You can delay your watering start time, using the time delay feature:
1. Press the round button for each hour you want to delay watering. You can delay watering in 1 hourly intervals only, up to a maximum of 12 hours.
2. For example, to delay watering for 3 hours, press the time delay button(round button) three times before setting the Frequency.
TECHNICAL DATA
For the programmer works:
1. Min. operation pressure: 0 bar (0 PSI)
2. Max. operation pressure: 8 bar (120 PSI)
3. Max. water temperature: 60ºC (140ºF)
4. Low battery indicator: while the low battery indicator light remains on continuously, the valve will be shut off and locked automatically. Please turn off the faucet/tap and release the screw of the batteries compartment, replace 2 new AA batteries. The tighten the battery compartment with main unit.
Translation - Spanish INSTALACION
1. Posicione la ruleta de Frequency (en adelante Frecuencia) encima del 1 y la ruleta de Run Time (en delante de Funcionamiento) en off. Abra el compartimento de las baterías con un destornillador e inserte dos baterías del tipo AA alcalinas. Coloque de nuevo la tapa y apriétela con un destornillador. La luz roja parpadea y se enciende la verde. Entonces el sistema se pone en marcha. (La esfera qué deja pasar el agua da una vuelta completa y reinicia la operación en posición cerrada).
2. Sujeta la unidad firmemente. Enrosca el cuello al grifo hasta que quede estanco, luego aprieta el cuello de cerrar. Abre el grifo del agua. No utilizar llave inglesa.
3. Gira la ruleta y determina el tiempo de regado.
4. Gira la ruleta de frecuencia hasta la posición de Reset. Después de que la luz roja centellee, determina la Frecuencia. El temporizador comienza inmediatamente.
5. Si no ves centellear la luz roja cuándo colocas el botón de Frecuencia encima de Reset. Comprueba las baterías y asegúrate de que están instaladas correctamente.
6. Graba el tiempo y la fecha predeterminados y apúntalos para tenerlos como referencia en el futuro.
7. En cualquier momento puedes utilizar la función de encendido manual (con la ruleta de Funcionamiento). Cuándo gires la ruleta de encendido, la válvula abrirá 30 min. Luego, apágalo automáticamente. O puedes girarla hasta la posición de Apagado manual. Pero recuerda, cuándo ha acabado, el botón de Funcionamiento debe girarse hasta el tiempo programado anteriormente.
POR EJEMPLO:
• Cada mañana a las 6:00 a.m y por la tarde a las 6:00 para regar 10 minutos:
El primer día a las 6:00 a.m o a las 6:00 p.m, gira la ruleta de Frecuencia al 12 y el botón de Run Time al 10. Después de 12 horas, el riego empezará inmediatamente durante 10 minutos. Más tarde, se apagará automáticamente. Todos los días a la misma hora, 6:00 a.m y 6:00 p.m. la tierra se regará durante 10 minutos.
• Cada mañana a las 7:00 para regar 20 minutos:

1. Pulsar el botón redondo tantas veces como horas quiera retrasar el riego. Puede retrasar el riego en intervalos de una hora, hasta un máximo de 12 horas.
2. Por ejemplo, para retrasar el riego 3 horas, apriete el botón de aplazamiento (botón redondo) tres veces antes de programar la Frecuencia.
DATOS TÉCNICO
Para que el programador funcione:
1. Min. Presión: 0 bares (0 PSI)
2. Max. Presión: 8 bares (120 PSI)
3. Max. Temperatura de agua: 60ºC (140ºF)
4. Indicador de batería baja: mientras el indicador de batería esté encendido de forma continua, la válvula se cerrará y bloqueará automáticamente.
