Gained my Diploma in Translation (English, French, law) from the University of Heidelberg. After several years of employment as a user information engineer/software engineer and project leader for Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) which at that time had probably the largest localization department worldwide and was one of the biggest IT companies, I decided to become a freelance translator, and have since been working as an expert in software localization and documentation.


Given my academic qualifications and my extensive professional experience I can ensure the quality of the texts from the technical as well as from the linguistic point of view, including, of course, customer-specific terminology, as well as punctual delivery.
