Existing Extractor V-xxx carbon steel packing must be replaced with new stainless steel packing due to severe premature corrosion. The metallurgy change is consistent with metallurgy best practices.· Existing carbon steel valve trays at V-xxx, V-xxx and V-xxx must be replaced with new stainless steel valve trays due to the significantly higher vapor flows experienced at these columns under revamp conditions. The metallurgy change is consistent with metallurgy best practices.Regardless of which feed nozzle is used, oil rises through the tower as droplets. Dry NMP Solvent (max. 0.x wt. % water), cooled to the specified temperature is pumped to the top of the tower. Being heavier than oils, NMP descends through the tower in a continuous phase creating countercurrent flows of solvent and oil. As the solvent passes down the tower, it dissolves those components of the feed oil, known as extract, which are not desirable lube oil components. The solvent-rich extract phase, called extract mix exits from the bottom of the tower to the suction of the Extract Mix Booster Pump, P-xxx. Here it is routed through the Extract Mix Cooler, E-xxx, to the Settler, V-xxx, (also referred to as a Secondary Raffinate Settler). This settler is liquid-filled and contains two liquid phases – the lighter phase is an intermediate quality secondary raffinate / solvent phase and the heavier phase is an extract / solvent solution, The lighter liquid from V-xxx is returned (recycled) to the lower section of the Treater Tower resulting in increased raffinate yields. The separation of the extract mix into two phases is accomplished by injecting water into the discharge line of P-xxx, cooling via E-xxx, and by settling (residence time) in V-xxx. This recycle stream is known as a secondary raffinate or pseudo raffinate. In the future, this stream could be further processed to produce industrial lube oils.

Данный рециркуляционный поток именуется также и вторичной рафинацией или псевдорафинацией, а в будущем планируется его дальнейшая переработка для производства смазочных масел промышленного назначения.

Технологическая линия Verdes-Ingicer-Soliincer на заводе «Ключищенская керамика» в Татарстане
В Татарстане строится кирпичный завод «Ключищенская керамика», оснащаемый испанской технологической линией Verdes-Ingicer-Solincer мощностью 60 млн.шт. усл. кирпича в год [1]. Проект реализуется под контролем Президента Республики Татарстан М.Ш. Шаймиева.
Техническим заданием заказчика предусмотрен выпуск пустотелых стеновых камней по ГОСТ 530-95 формата 2 НФ марочностью М150-М170 с теплопроводностью 0,2-0,25 Вт/(м'К) – 79% от объема производства, полнотелого пустотностью менее 13% стенового кирпича по ГОСТ 530-95 марочностью М200-М250 – 5% от объема выпуска, лицевого керамического кирпича по ГОСТ 7484-78 светлых и тёмных тонов – 16% от общего объёма продукции.
Сырьё Ключищенского месторождения является относительно низкокачественным, оно содержит карбонатные включения, около 5% песчаной и свыше 60% пылеватой алевритовой фракции. Глинистая фракция представлена минералами группы монтмориллонита (смектитами). Глинистая и пылеватая фракции чувствительны к сушке, образование сушильных трещин по экспресс-методу Чижского происходит через 58-83 сек.; сушильная усадка составляет 9,2%. Таким образом, сырьё имеет неудовлетворительные сушильно-обжиговые свойства.
Песчаная и пылеватая фракции при обжиге не участвуют в синтезе стеклофазы и кристаллических новообразований, придающих прочность керамике и усложняют процессы нагрева–охлаждения кирпича в зоне кварцевого перехода, поскольку представлены в основном свободным SiO2 (содержание в сырье до 50%), что одновременно ухудшает формовочные свойства (пластичность) сырья и не позволяет вводить в массу необходимое количество отощающих добавок для улучшения сушильных свойств шихты.
Для повышения марочности и расширения цветовой гаммы кирпича в качестве добавки вводится мергелистая глина Тетющского района РТ. Эта глина содержит до 5% свободного кварца и 30-40% CaCO3 в виде микросферолитов размером около 5мкм. равномерно распределённых по объёму глинистой фракции, которая наряду с монтмориллонитовым компонентом включает до 11% гидрослюд (иллитов).

In Tatarstan the "Кlyuchischenskaya Keramika/Ключищенская Керамика" clay brick plant equipped by the Spanish technological line Verdes-Ingicer-Solincer is currently being under construction. The project’s production capacity estimates 60 million conventional brick units annually, [1] and it is being realized under the personal control of Mr. Mintemir Sh. Shaymiev, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The customer's technical project stipulates the production of hollow wall stones in accordance with the GOST requirements (Russian Government Technical Standards) such as GOST 530-95, 2 НF Format, Type "M150-M170" with heat conductivity 0,2-0,25 BTU/(m·K) and 79 % from the volume of total production; whole bricks with less than 13 % of wall brick hollowness by GOST 530-95 Type "M200-M250" and 5 % from the volume of total production, and lining ceramic bricks by GOST 7484-78 of light and dark colors with 16 % from the general volume production.
The raw material from Кlyuchischenskoe clay field is poor in quality, it comprises of chemical chalk inclusions, about 5 % of sandy and over 60 % of dusty siltstone fractions. The clay fraction includes montmorillonite group of minerals (smectites). Clay and dusty fractions have sensitivity for drying, and the drying cracking formation occurs in 58-83 seconds according by the Chizhskii express method; drying shrinkage presents 9,2 %. Thus, the raw material has unsatisfactory dry-and-burn properties.
While burning sandy and dusty fractions do not participate in the synthesis of glass-phase and crystalline newgrowths to give durability to ceramics, thereby complicating heat-and-cool processes of brick in a quartz transition zone as they are presented mainly by free SiO2 (up to 50 % of raw material content) and simultaneously worsening forming properties (plasticity) of the raw material and resisting the necessary quantity of thinning additives to penetrate the mixture for improving the batch drying properties.
To extend brand streching and color ranging of bricks, the marlaceous clay from Tetjushchskiy region in the Republic of Tatarstan is used as an additive component. This clay contains up to 5 % of free Quartz and 30-40 % of calcium carbonate CaCO3 in the form of microspherulites about 5 mkm in size equilly distributed in accord with the volume of clay fractions which alongside the montmorillonite component comprises of up to 11 % of hydrous micas (illites).

Vistos por ...XXX..., - Juez sustituta del Juzgado de Instrucción núm. ...XXX... de Hospitalet de Llobregat, en los autos referenciados seguidos contra D. ...XXX... por presenta Falta de Hurto siendo parte denunciante D. ...XXX..., habiendo intervenido también el Ministerio Fiscal.
Antecedentes de Hecho
Primero. - Las presentes actuaciones se incoaron por denuncia presentada ante la Policía por la que se denunciaba al Sr. ...XXX... por que había hurtado en el establecimiento comercial ...XXX... unos zapatos por importe de 63,00 €.
Segundo. - Una vez cumplimentados los trámites pertinentes, se señaló el día 31 de julio de 2007 para la celebración del juicio, al que asistió el denunciado, no compareciendo el denunciante constando citado en legal forma.
Tercero.- En tramite de calificación, el Ministerio Fiscal calificó los hechos como constitutivos de una Falta de Hurto prevista y penada en el artículo 623.1 y pidió la pena de 30 días de multa a razón de 4€ diarios, solicitando se devuelva las piezas de convicción.
Cuarto.- En el Presente Juicio se han observado todas las prescripciones legales.
Hechos probados
Único. - Ha quedado probado que en fecha 26 de julio de 2007 el denunciado cogió del establecimiento comercial Gran Vía II unos zapatos y salió del establecimiento comercial sin pagarlo, momento en el cual fue interceptado por el personal de seguridad de la tienda.
Ha quedado probado que el valor de dicho objeto ascendía a la cantidad de 63,00€ y que dicho prenda ha sido puesta a la venta nuevamente ya que no fue dañada.

Remote as Georgia may seem, this small nation once occupied a privotal place in the world. Georgia was much featured in the mythology of ancient times, chonicled by historians and traveleres who ventered to the farthest reaches of the known classical world. Streching from the Black sea to the Caspian, Georgia lay athwart important East-West trade routes. Through the vagaries of history, Georgia enjoyed independence one thousand years ago, only to be subsumed by the Russian Empire in the nineteenth centrury. More recently, the republic existed within the borders of the Soviet Union. In 1991, the Soviets' relaxed hold on their constituent republics allowed the proud and restive Georgians to proclaim independence. With a number of contending political proups, Georgia today finds itself in flux. Yet it still represents a Shangri-la of bounty, trucked away in mountain valleyes and fertile lowlands.
