Legislative Order vs. Constitutional Order

Legislative Order is by the Honduran parliament. The Constitutional Order is likely from Hondura's "Sala de lo Constitucional" (Constitution Division of the Supreme Court).

Peer comment(s):

Legislative or Executive degree vs Constitutional degree

If the Executive representative wants to implant a degree, these is known as "decreto-ley", only for penalty, tributary, elections or political parties he needs the aprobation of the President, Chief of Cabinet and the Ministers.
However the Constitution is above all the laws and there appears the Congress as representation of the people.
Peer comment(s):

disagree AllegroTrans : Decree NOT degree, and the terminology and English in your explanation is faulty
