I tend to have a break when I get stuck with a problem, then I get up to stretch my legs, take a coffee, do some chores, watch the news, water my plants. Now that my dog is getting old (she is 13) I have to go walkies three times at day (around 7.00 am, 1.00 pm and 7.00 pm) for 20 minutes each time. I mostly do my work while sitting on my soft leather recliner, or on a love seat (also made of very soft leather) in a certain coffee house in Oberlin, Ohio. Or on other soft leather or cloth armchairs in libraries. Otherwise, I find that I sometimes come down with some mild back discomfort from sitting in one position for too long. Now that the leaves on trees around here will soon be showing off their beautiful fall colors, I will, though, be stretching my body at least somewhat by walking al...
