How to start collection with Dun & Bradstreet

Dear Colleagues,



As a last resort, recently I\'ve registered with D&B in order to start collection against a US agency, The Universal Linguist, W.DC, who owe me quite a sum since last year.

However, on D&B\'s web site I have not been able to find a way to actually start collection, all I can find is the search option (which brings me no result).

I have emailed them several times but received no reply.
